By accessing or purchasing from Stu's Motor and Tool Shop ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms.

2. Products We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it per our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4. Technical Suitability It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that any motor, pump, contactor, or electrical component is suitable for their intended application before purchasing. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper selection, installation, or use of products.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stu's Motor and Tool Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
