Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Rates We ship via UPS, USPS, and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Due to the size and weight of motors and industrial equipment, freight costs may be significant — the rate shown at checkout is your exact carrier quote.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on carrier and destination
• Expedited options available at checkout where offered by the carrier

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Large or freight shipments may use a different tracking system — contact us if you need assistance.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@stusmotorandtool.com
